Business vs Jobs: What’s Better?

On the other hand, if you want to opt for a job, you can choose one from Part time Jobs for Students, Online Jobs, Home Based Jobs, etc. 


There is  always a controversy between what is  better ,job or business. Both have their own advantages and drawbacks. Business takes time to flourish, one has to expect zero income from it at least for 2 years but the job has always been providing a sense of security.

 One who is running a business needs to bring creative ideas to their business every time, which makes them very creative.It will provide you with a different sense of pleasure to invest your finance, ideas, sweat and tears to make it grow which will last for generations .


 So, though  the business  is very struggling for the first few years, when it grows it will provide you security for your generations to come.


Business never grows on its own therefore one who is running the business should be very well trained . Transformation coaches help in recognizing their strength and power and  motivating them to invest those strengths in their own business.

One needs to know about finance. Finance that is used in business is called business finance. One needs to be aware of how much to invest in fixed assets and how much on working capital. Proper knowledge of business finance will certainly help to make investment decisions.

Every company needs to find money to expand their business. There are  two ways from which they can fund their business , they can be debt funding, Equity funding ( selling company stock in market)

On the other hand if you want to do a job rather than risking huge sums of money in business then there are a lot of options that will help you to make plenty of money. One Can make a lot of money working part time, it will not concentrate you in one single organisation but will surely help to diversify your experience . There are a lot of part time jobs available as a content writer, as a digital marketer. On top of that you can work as per your ease, staying in your own place . 

CONCLUSION:

In conclusion , both the business and job have their own advantages and disadvantages. Success and then failure depends upon how you work .
